RBM provides practice management services that extend to all business aspects of
each autonomous radiology group.
Our focus is to free radiologists so they can focus on providing high-quality medical care. We facilitate managed care contracting, coordination with hospitals, and coordinate in accordance with group terms and conditions. Recruiting We assist our radiology groups in
structuring offers, listing advertisements, and coordinating visits. Scheduling Depending on the unique needs of each group, we arrange daily work
schedules and vacation schedules in all varying degrees. Credentialing To assist radiologists
with their credentialing requirements, we compile, track, and report credentials (e.g., state licenses,
DEA, etc.) to hospitals and managed care companies. We also
support our radiologists with fee schedule development, physician compensation and
benefit consulting, revenue and expense monitoring, and personnel management. |
